By uploading or submitting any image, artwork, or design to us for the purpose of creating a custom product (including but not limited to mouse pads), you affirm the following:

• You own the rights to the image or have obtained proper licensing or permission from the rights holder to use it.

• You understand that Dphaus inc. does not assume responsibility for verifying image rights and is acting only as a service provider.

• You accept full legal responsibility for any claims, disputes, or liabilities that may arise from the use of the submitted image.

• Dphaus inc. reserves the right to refuse any design that appears to infringe on copyright, trademark, or other protected intellectual property.
